Big fire in the spa near Sombor, emergency evacuation: "Bigger disaster was avoided"
All staff members and about seventy patients were evacuated and there were no casualties or injuries.
The fire broke out between 19:00 and 20:00, and the roof structure and the building above the thermal pools are on fire.
Minor fire in courtyard of PM’s residence
An investigation has been launched into a fire that broke out in a ground-floor storage space in the courtyard of the Maximos Mansion, the prime minister's official residence, on Saturday morning.
The fire, which broke out at 6.20 a.m., was quickly contained and caused only minor damage to the structure.
A contingent of 24 firefighters and seven tenders attended the scene.

Elderly man found dead after Athens apartment fire
Firefighters have found the body of an elderly man after extinguishing an apartment fire in Athens' Neos Kosmos suburb.
The fire service stated that the blaze broke out shortly after 10 a.m. in a bedroom in the apartment.
Firefighters located the deceased 88-year-old man at the entrance to the apartment.
Seven firefighters and two fire engines attended the scene.

Fire breaks out on Athens-Thessaloniki KTEL bus
A fire broke out on a long distance KTEL bus in the Magnesia region traveling the Athens-Thessaloniki route in the early hours of Sunday.
All passengers were safely evacuated, and shortly after, they continued their journey on another bus that arrived for pick-up, as reported by state broadcaster ERT.

Police searched the house of a mass murderer from Prague; They found plenty of things
According to police spokesman Jan Danek, investigators also found gas bottles with open valves.
It is likely that he intended to blow up the house, and the police and firefighters prevented a possible tragedy, Danek pointed out, reports International Radio Prague.

The man was unconscious when firefighters found him.
A team of 10 firefighters with four tenders responded to the fire.

A man dies in a car fire
A dead man was found in a burning car in Menidi, eastern Attica on Saturday night.
The fire department reported that the man's body was found inside the vehicle while the fire was being extinguished.
On the mission were ten firefighters and three vehicles.
A preliminary investigation is underway by the police.

Forest fires still raging in November
The number of fires in recent days may not seem a whole lot when compared to August, but the fact they are taking place in November is unusual.
There were 39 agroforestry fires on Monday, 30 the day before and 55 on Saturday.
The fires didn't get very large, but that doesn't mean that strong firefighting forces weren't mobilized.

Fire breaks out in a forest area in southern Pelion
A fire broke out at noon on Monday in a forest area in southern Pelion, central Greece. Inhabited areas are not threatened.
The fire is burning an area with pine and holly trees in Vromoneri.
The fire brigade reported 33 firefighters with 14 vehicles, a pedestrian team and two firefighting aircraft are on the mission.
