NIS - Serbian basketball champions Red Star Belgrade are through to their eighth consecutive Radivoj Korac Cup final after an 87-52 win over Cacak 94 in the semi-finals in Nis on Friday evening.

In the final of the national basketball cup, Red Star will face the winner of the other semi-final between Partizan Belgrade and Vojvodina Novi Sad.

Turkish minister: Two teams looking for Serb's killer

BELGRADE -- The Turkish police have set up two special teams to find the killer of Red Star Belgrade supporter Marko Ivković, Turkish Interior Minister Efkan Ala has said.

According to reports, Ala spoke with his Serbian counterpart Nebojša Stefanović.

Demarche to Turkish ambassador over death of Serbian man

BELGRADE -- Serbian Ministry of Foreign Affairs on Saturday gave a demarche to Turkish Ambassador Mehmet Kemal Bozay over the murder of a Serbian man in Istanbul.

25-year-old Marko Ivković traveled to Turkey to attend the Galatasaray-Crvena Zvezda (Red Star) basketball match.

Police unions organization "not planning coup"

BELGRADE -- The Social-Police Front (SPF), an organization gathering police trade unions, said they found the accusations of "causing a coup" to be "funny and sad."

The organization's representatives said on Friday they would "not allow to be put in the same basket as criminals."
