- Tsarevo had a day of mourning after the large-scale water disaster that happened on Tuesday;
- Four people died - the president of the Tsarevo District Court, Judge Maria Moskova, her daughter and two other men;
- Collapsed bridges isolated tourists and residents south of Tsarevo - in Sinemorets and Ahtopol.

Total collapse: More than 1,600 flights canceled
The most flights were canceled in New Jersey, where about 30 percent of all scheduled flights were delayed, and passengers who managed to land waited for their luggage for more than two hours, while many passengers lost their luggage, the New York Post reports.
331 flights were canceled at JFK airport, and 281 at La Guardia.

Vermont slowly turns to recovery after being hit by flood
Floodwaters receded in Vermont cities and towns pummeled by a storm that delivered two months of rain in two days, allowing officials to focus on recovering from a disaster that trapped residents in homes, closed roadways and choked streets and businesses with mud and debris.

Bulgaria: Rain Flooded dozens of Houses in Devnya
Torrential rain flooded dozens of houses in the Bulgarian town of Devnya late yesterday afternoon. Streets and basements are flooded. In about 40 minutes, the amount that fell was 70 liters per square meter. Volunteers and Civil Defense teams helped the most affected to evacuate their homes.
