Turkish jets violate Greek air space in the Aegean again
A pair of Turkish fighter jets on Monday violated Greek air space in the Aegean for the second time in as many hours on Monday, flying over the island of Chios, in the eastern Aegean, at 3,700 feet, the Hellenic National Defense General Staff (GEETHA) said.

Turkish jets maintain tension over the Aegean
Another day of tension prevailed in the Aegean Tuesday as Turkish fighter jets violated Greek national airspace 30 times.
Seven of those violations resulted in mock dogfights with Greek F-16s. Five overflights were also recorded in Arkioi, Leipsoi, Makronisi, Anthropofagous and Fournoi.

Greece and Turkey bound by Lausanne Treaty, Kammenos says
Defense Minister Panos Kammenos Wednesday reacted to a statement by the Turkish Foreign Ministry disputing Greece's territorial sovereignty over the eastern Aegean Imia islets saying that the 1923 Treaty of Lausanne, which forged modern Greece and Turkey's borders, "is binding for us and NATO and Turkey."
Greek flag put on Aegean islets in 'honor' of dead airman
One of three young men who took the initiative to place Greek flags on five islets around Fournoi in the southeast Aegean said that the move was intended to pay tribute to Hellenic Air Force Captain Giorgos Baltadoros, who was killed last week when his jet went down off Skyros.
