G20 Buenos Aires summit

President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan has affirmed Türkiye's commitment to pursuing diplomatic avenues to resolve the ongoing war between Russia and Ukraine, calling for dialogue between the two parties.

This year's G20 Summit, being held under the main theme of "One Earth, One Family, One Future," has kicked off on Sept. 9 with the official welcoming ceremony also attended by President Erdoğan.

The G20 leaders participating in the summit were welcomed by Prime Minister Narendra Modi of India at the Bharat Mandapam convention center. 

Turkish President Tayyip Erdoğan and U.S. President Donald Trump may soon have a face-to-face meeting, either in Turkey or on the sidelines of the G20 summit in Japan next month, a senior Turkish official said on May 22.

Finance Minister and EU Economic and Financial Affairs Council (ECOFIN) President Vladislav Goranov will represent the Council of the European Union at the first meeting of the Ministers of Finance and Central Bank Governors on 19-20 March at the G20 meeting in Buenos Aires, Argentina. This was announced by the press center of the  Ministry of Finance.
