Lajovic loses to Monfils in Miami opener
MIAMI - Serbian tennis player Dusan Lajovic has been knocked out of the Miami Masters tournament after a 7-6 (7-5), 6-4 defeat to Frenchman Gael Monfils in the first round.
Monfils, who won after an hour and 34 minutes of play, will face Australian Jordan Thompson in the second round.

Djokovic defeats Popyrin to advance to Australian Open third round
MELBOURNE - Serbia's Novak Djokovic, the world number one in men's tennis singles, is through to the Australian Open third round after a 6-3, 4-6, 7-6 (7-4), 6-3 victory over Alexei Popyrin in Melbourne on Wednesday.
The Serbian, who won after three hours and 11 minutes of play, is now 2-0 head-to-head against the Australian.
Djokovic, Wawrinka and Monfils to play at Srpska Open in Banjaluka
BANJALUKA - The world number one in men's tennis, Serbia's Novak Djokovic, Gael Monfils of France and Stanislas Wawrinka of Switzerland will play at the April 16-23 Srpska Open ATP tournament in Banjaluka, the organisers announced on Tuesday.
Serbians Laslo Djere, Filip Krajinovic and Dusan Lajovic will also compete at the tournament.

Khachanov has advanced to the quarterfinals of the Dubai tournament, where he will meet with a Serbian tennis player.

In-form Tsitsipas reaches final of Dubai Championships
Stefanos Tsitsipas reached the final of the Dubai Championships by beating Gael Monfils 4-6, 7-6 (4), 7-6 (4) on Friday, keeping the rising star from Greece on course for back-to-back ATP titles.

Greek second seed Stefanos Tsitsipas had to fight hard before booking his place in the Sofia Open quarter-finals, securing a 7-6(5) 6-4 win over feisty German Jan-Lennard Struff on Thursday having enjoyed the backing of the Bulgarian crowd.
"For the first time I play as if I was at home," said 20-year-old Tsitsipas, who reached the semi-finals at the Australian Open last month.

Tsitsipas through in Shanghai
Tenth seed Stefanos Tsitsipas survived a three-set thriller against France's Gael Monfils on Monday to advance to the second round of the Shanghai Masters. The 20-year-old Greek won 7-6(4), 4-6, 6-4 on the hard court in Shanghai in two hours and 21 minutes. "My game has changed. I am more aggressive now. I'm actually stronger. I feel stronger," he told the ATP's official website.
