A 16-year-old boy who was found dead in his home in northern Greece on Friday following a suspected gas leak died from asphyxiation, a forensic examination showed on Saturday.

A 16-year-old boy has died from suspected gas poisoning in his home in Magiko, Xanthi, in northern Greece, while his sisters, aged 15 and 18, remain in critical condition. The incident occurred after the family was reportedly exposed to a gas leak, possibly from a newly installed propane system or carbon monoxide.

Authorities are proceeding with the evacuation of the migrant facility in Schisto after a tanker carrying liquefied gas overturned near the cemetery, heading toward Keratsini.

According to reports, two buses from ELAS and two from OSY are on their way to assist with the evacuation following the gas leak.

A house explosion in Kostinbrod, Bulgaria, has left a 78-year-old woman injured with second-degree burns on her head, arms, and legs, according to the Center for Emergency Medical Assistance in Sofia. Emergency services responded promptly after being alerted at 9:39 AM this morning, transporting the victim to "Pirogov" hospital for treatment.

Paris police say several people have been injured in an explosion and fire at a bakery believed caused by a gas leak.

Yanartaş, a naturally occurring fire that burns constantly in Çıralı in the southern province of Antalya's Kemer district, is connected with the natural gas beds in the eastern Mediterranean, scientists have discovered.

One worker was killed in an explosion that occurred in an iron and steel factory due to gas leak in the southern province of Osmaniye on April 7, Doğan News Agency has reported. 

Three others were wounded in the explosion. Efforts to evacuate the wounded are continuing.

A woman and her three children have died from carbon monoxide poisoning after a gas leak at their flat in Istanbul.

The incident took place at night on Jan. 3 when the mother, 36-year-old Hediye Üzümcü, put her three kids to bed near the natural gas heater at home.
