Turkish fighter jets enter Athens FIR in the Aegean
Four Turkish F-16 and two F-4 fighter jets flying in three formations entered the Athens Flight Informational Region (FIR) on several occasions in the northeastern and southeastern Aegean on Monday.
They were chased off by Greek air force pilots in line with international rules of engagement. Two of the six fighter jets were armed.
New Greek airspace violations by Turkish jets
Eight Turkish military aircraft on Tuesday carried out 34 violations of Greek national airspace in the northeastern, central and southeastern Aegean, according to defense sources who reported one mock dogfight between Greek and Turkish aircraft.

Turkish aircraft commit over a dozen violations of Greek air space
A Turkish helicopter and three pairs of F-16 fighter jets violated Greece's national air space on several occasions on Monday and entered the Athens Flight Informational Region.
They were chased off by Greek air force pilots, who had to engage in mock dogfights in two instances, the state-run ANA-MPA news agency reported.
Fighter jets fly over Athens ahead of March 25 military parade
Greek fighter jets - two F-16s, two F-4s and one Mirage 2000 - flew over Athens on Monday in practice for the March 25 military parade, according to reports.
The annual parade marks the March 25, 1821 anniversary of Greek independence from Ottoman rule.
Turkish jets enter Greek air space
Turkish aircraft on Thursday violated Greek air space in the northeastern and southeastern Aegean three times.
The six aircraft - four F-16s and two CN-235s - also violated the Athens Flight Information Region four times.
Greek defense sources said the Turkish aircraft were intercepted in line with international rules of engagement.

Six Turkish F-16 fighter jets flying in three formations violated Greece's national air space in the southeastern Aegean on Thursday.
Greek military authorities said that the aircraft also violated aviation rules inside the Athens Flight Information Region. Four of the F-16s were armed.

Eight violations of Greek airspace by 4 Turkish jets
In what could be considered a quiet night in comparison to previous cases, four Turkish F-16 fighter jets violated Greek airspace 8 times on Wednesday. According to the Hellenic National Defence General Staff, two of the aircraft were armed, and the interception by Hellenic Air Force jets led to a dogfight. A CN-235 reconnaissance aircraft also infringed Greek airspace during the day.

Five Turkish military aircraft violated Greek air space in the northeastern, central and southeastern Aegean eight times on Wednesday, leading to one mock dogfight with Greek jets that were dispatched to the area.
The Turkish aircraft - four F-16s and one CN-235 - also violated the Athens Flight Information Region four times.

Turkish aircraft return to Greek air space
Turkish aircraft carried out six violations of Greece's national air space over the northeastern, central and southeastern Aegean on Friday, the second day in a row when such incidents were recorded.
The Turkish aircraft - two F-16s, a CN-235 and four helicopters - entered the Athens Flight Information Region without the proper authorization six times.
