Investment Funds in Bulgaria Increase Assets under Management by 13% Y/Y in 2015
The assets managed by resident and non-resident investment funds operating in Bulgaria totalled BGN 2.22 B as of end-December 2015, increasing by 13.2% year-on-year, the Bulgarian National Bank (BNB) announced on Friday.

Greeces biggest oil refiner Hellenic Petroleum said on Monday its third-quarter core profit almost doubled year-on-year, helped by improved refining margins and production.
Adjusted earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortization (EBITDA), which strips out inventory losses, rose to 146 million euros from 74 million euros in the same period last year.

Deferred tax assets clause tabled

An amendment tabled on Wednesday in the Greek Parliament will likely offer local banks a safety cushion of 3 billion euros, thanks to the authorities acknowledgement of deferred tax assets in a clause that also concerns leasing and factoring companies.

Athens water utility's net income falls to 15.6 mln euros
The Athens Water Supply and Sewerage Companys (EYDAP) first-half net income fell to 15.6 million euros from 33.9 million in the same period of 2013, according to its financial statement published on Friday.

Coca-Cola HBC AG, the second-largest bottler of Coca-Cola Company brands, on Thursday reported a net profit slide of 11 percent in the six-month period ending June 27.
Income fell to 99 million euros from 111 million a year earlier. Net sales revenue declined 6 percent to 3.183 million from 3.381 million in the same period.
