Iran says warships at the entrance to key Yemen strait
Two Iranian destroyers, sent to the Gulf of Aden to protect commercial ships, have reached the entrance of Bab el-Mandab, a strategic strait between Yemen and Djibouti, Iran's navy said April 30.

Prime Minister Al-Thani invites Vucic to visit Qatar
BELGRADE - Sheikh Abdullah bin Nasser bin Khalifa Al-Thani, Prime Minister of Qatar, invited his Serbian counterpart Aleksandar Vucic to visit Doha and contribute to further strengthening of ties between the two countries.
The official invitation was presented to Vucic on Thursday by Qatar's Ambassador to Serbia Sheikh Mubarak bin Fahad Jassim Mohammed Al-Thani.
Turkey's tourism revenue edges up in first quarter
Turkey?s tourism revenues stood at $4.87 billion in the first quarter of the year, improving 1.3 percent from the same period in 2014, the Turkish Statistical Institute (TÜ?K) said in a report on its website April 30.
Turkey welcomed more than 5.3 million visitors in the first quarter of this year, an increase of 5.5 percent from the same quarter in 2014.

Kurdish regional gov't to raise oil exports to Turkey
The Kurdistan Regional Government (KRG) in northern Iraq will increase its oil exports to Turkey and deliver up to 625,000 barrels per day starting from June, an official from the KRG parliament announced on April 29.

Erdo?an calls for Kuwaiti cooperation on construction, banking
Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdo?an has told Kuwaiti businesspeople that Turkey is ready to take part in the construction sector in the Gulf nation, as Islamic banking remains a strong field of cooperation.
Erdo?an said April 28 during a meeting in Kuwait City that he had learned the Gulf country was preparing for a breakthrough in the construction sector.
PM Ponta to start Arabian Gulf tour on Thursday
Romania's Prime Minister will be touring the Arabian Gulf, April 30 - May 4, including Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait and the United Arab Emirates, the Government reports in a press release.

Greek, Cypriot, Egyptian leaders statements
Egyptian President Abdel Fattah el-Sisi, Cyprus President Nicos Anastasiades, and Greek PM Alexis Tsipras met in Nicosia today.
