Montenegro to Seal Border Deal with Kosovo
A Montenegrin parliamentary committee has backed confirmation of the border agreement with Kosovo and a vote on the issue could take place by the end of this year.
The Interior Ministry is set to begin a two-year process of marking the border line with Kosovo.

Serbian citizen arrested on terror charges extradited
Elma Djusinac, who was arrested in Bosnia-Herzegovina in late November on suspicion of links to terrorism, was extradited to Serbia on Tuesday morning.
The director of the service for foreigners affairs, Slobodan Ujic, confirmed this to Sarajevo-based daily Dnevni Avaz, saying that she had been handed over to the Serbian border police for further action.

Turkey, Greece to meet over Aegean disputes after one year
Diplomats from Turkey and Greece are set to resume discussions aimed at resolving the decades-long dispute over the official border between the two countries in the Aegean Sea, more than one year after the most recent talks.
"Court to rule in favor of agreement on Serb municipalities"
The agreement on the future Community of Serb Municipalities (ZSO) in Kosovo "is in line with Kosovo's laws and constitution."
This is according to the Pristina-based Albanian language website lajmi.net, which reported that the Constitutional Court in Pristina has ruled to this effect.
11 migrants killed off Turkey's Aegean coast
A total of 11 migrants were killed on Dec. 22 when a migrant boat capsized off Turkey's Aegean coast near Ku?adas?.
According to initial reports, 11 migrants were killed in the capsizing, while the Turkish Coast Guard rescued seven migrants from the sea.
Air-supported rescue efforts on the sea were ongoing.

Turkish police have seized bootleg alcohol hidden in pressure cookers along with other illicit items found in a workplace in the southern province of Adana.
A total of 10 people were detained in an early morning police operation on 22 separate locations in Adana on Dec. 22, Anadolu Agency reported.
