Trivago notes slight drop in Easter tourism for Greece, rise in Turkey, Egypt
Trivago noted a drop in numbers of German tourists wanting to visit Greece for Easter, while Turkey and Egypt seem to be gaining ground. At the same time, the most popular Greek destinations for Easter holidays are Athens and Crete’s Chania.
Aegean isles begin to react on VAT raise which may hurt tourism

Underwater dance performance at Cape Sounion
Choreographers Sophie Bulbuyan and Apostolia Papadamaki join a global dance team to create an underwater dance-visual performance titled "Drops of Breath". The 14 performers from France, Greece and Cyprus will present their underwater choreography at Cape Sounion beach, the sea region at the foot of the cliff where the Greek temple of Poseidon is located.

A 5.3 Richter quake rattles area between Crete and Kasos
A moderate earthquake measuring 5.3 on the Richter scale shook a sea area between the islands of Crete and Kasos in the southern Aegean Sea early on Saturday.
According to the Geodynamic Institute in Athens the tremor took place at 1.34 a.m. and its epicenter was located 67 kilometers west of Kasos.
