Vucic opens Ametek business campus in Subotica
SUBOTICA - Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic ceremonially opened an Ametek business campus in Subotica, northern Serbia, on Wednesday.
After the ribbon-cutting ceremony, Vucic took a tour of the new factory with plant director Dragan Nagulic, Minister of Economy Goran Knezevic, US Ambassador Kyle Scott, Vojvodina PM Igor Mirovic and Assembly Speaker Istvan Pastor.

Vucic: I hope EU will understand who wants dialogue

Croatian President Kolinda Grabar-Kitarovic has told the website Telegram that she "hopes for better relations with Serbia once all election cycles are over."

Partizan to host football cup final against Red Star
BELGRADE - Partizan FC were on Thursday drawn to host their May 27 cup final against arch-rivals Red Star FC.
The draw was held at the Football Association of Serbia headquarters after the match had been moved to Belgrade from Novi Sad at the request of the finalists.

11 kilos of marijuana, pistol and ammunition seized
Members of Serbia's Interior Ministry (MUP) in Novi Sad on Tuesday confiscated 11 kilograms of marijuana, along with a pistol and ammunition.
The police also arrested a suspect - 22-year-old J.M., the MUP announced.
Partizan overcome Vojvodina to qualify for cup final
BELGRADE - Partizan Belgrade are through to the final of the Serbian football cup after beating Vojvodina Novi Sad 1-0 at home in Wednesday's second leg of the semi-final.
The first leg in Novi Sad ended in a goalless draw.
Partizan draw, Red Star win in first legs of cup semi-finals
NOVI SAD - Partizan Belgrade drew 0-0 with Vojvodina Novi Sad away from home in Wednesday's first leg of the Serbian football cup semi-finals after Red Star Belgrade defeated Cukaricki 4-1 earlier in the day.
In a hectic game in front of 10,000 spectators at the Karadjordje Stadium, Vojvodina missed two great chances through Nenad Trujic and Aleksandar Palocevic.
Ice on Danube River 4 meters thick at Dalj Bend
Ice on the Danube at the so-called Dalj Bend is four meters thick, says MUP Emergency Situations Sector chief Predrag Matic.
According to Maric, two more icebreakers will arrive in Serbia, to reopen the river to navigation all the way to Belgrade.
