Vucic attends Belgian panel, royal reception in Davos

DAVOS - Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic attended on Tuesday in Davos a panel on strengthening the European industry, organised by Belgian PM Alexander De Croo, and an official reception hosted by Belgium's King Philippe and Queen Mathilde.

De Croo said he was honoured the panel was attended by Vucic, among others.

Brussels urges Slovenia to ensure stable financing of STA

Brussels – Presenting the 2021 Rule of Law Report, European Commission Vice President Vera Jourova and Justice Commissioner Didier Reynders called on the Slovenian authorities on Tuesday to ensure a stable financing of the STA. Reynders pointed to potential measures in the wake of Slovenia’s non-appointment of European delegated prosecutors come autumn.

Luxembourg – The European Commission is in contact with the Slovenian authorities for Slovenia to fulfil its obligations regarding the appointment of its European delegated prosecutors as soon as possible, European Justice Commissioner Didier Reynders said on Tuesday.
