"Nobody's asking Serbia to recognize Kosovo"

BELGRADE -- Serbian Prime Minister Aleksandar Vucic told reporters in Belgrade on Tuesday that "nobody is asking Serbia to recognize Kosovo."

PRISTINA - As many as 15 years after the Kosovo conflict, there are still no lasting solutions for the return or integration of around 220,000 people displaced outside Kosovo and the 17,000 internally displaced living in Kosovo, shows the latest report of the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE).

Serbia receives "11 almost impossible conditions"

BELGRADE -- Germany has sent 11 "almost impossible conditions" to Serbia that the country must fulfill in order to open the first chapter in its EU membership negotiations.

Deal to form ruling coalition signed in Pristina

PRIŠTINA -- Hasim Thaci and Isa Mustafa on Monday signed an agreement to form a ruling coalition in Kosovo.

The two head the Democratic Party of Kosovo and the Democratic League of Kosovo, respectively.

BELGRADE - The Association of Djakovica Citizens has stated that the demolished Serb homes in that town in southwestern Kosovo should be rebuilt to allow 12,000 Serbs to return there, because Kosovo's future lies in multiethnicity.

FM: EU made "no official request" regarding Kosovo

BELGRADE -- Foreign Minister Ivica Dacic said on Sunday Serbia's stance not to recognize the unilaterally declared independence of Kosovo remains unchanged.

NEW YORK -- Envoys of the UN Security Council member-states have called for prompt forming of institutions in Kosovo in order to set up a special war crimes court.

They also urged prompt continuation of high-level Belgrade-Pristina dialogue.
