OSCE: Still no solution for return of displaced to Kosovo
PRISTINA - As many as 15 years after the Kosovo conflict, there are still no lasting solutions for the return or integration of around 220,000 people displaced outside Kosovo and the 17,000 internally displaced living in Kosovo, shows the latest report of the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE).

Former secret service head elected as Kosovo parl't speaker
PRISTINA - Kadri Veseli, deputy leader of Hasim Taci's Democratic Party of Kosovo (DPK) was elected speaker of the Kosovo parliament on Monday.
The new parliament speaker is the former head of Kosovo secret service, known as Shik, and one of the founders of Kosovo Liberation Army (KLA, a former ethnic Albanian paramilitary formation).

PRIŠTINA -- Hasim Thaci and Isa Mustafa on Monday signed an agreement to form a ruling coalition in Kosovo.

BELGRADE - The Association of Djakovica Citizens has stated that the demolished Serb homes in that town in southwestern Kosovo should be rebuilt to allow 12,000 Serbs to return there, because Kosovo's future lies in multiethnicity.

BELGRADE -- Foreign Minister Ivica Dacic said on Sunday Serbia's stance not to recognize the unilaterally declared independence of Kosovo remains unchanged.
The EU "has not officially requested this from Serbia," he told a regular monthly news conference.
