Serbian gov't meets to discuss situation in Kosovo-Metohija

BELGRADE - The Serbian government met on Tuesday to discuss the current situation in Kosovo-Metohija.

The session at the Palace of Serbia was attended by all cabinet members, as well as by Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic at the invitation of PM Ana Brnabic.

The situation in Kosovo-Metohija was reviewed under the first item of the agenda.

Dacic, Lekic discuss Serbia-Montenegro ties

BELGRADE - Serbian First Deputy PM and FM Ivica Dacic met with the head of Montenegro's parliamentary committee on international affairs and expatriates Miodrag Lekic on Monday.

They agreed that bilateral relations needed to be advanced further and that exchanges of high-level political visits played a special role in that.

Vucic meets with Brammertz

BELGRADE - Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic met with the chief prosecutor of the International Residual Mechanism for Criminal Tribunals Serge Brammertz on Friday, noting that Serbia was consistent in efforts to attain justice for war crimes and find people who had gone missing in the war conflicts of the 1990s.

Dacic may cancel Strasbourg visit over Pristina's CoE membership bid

BELGRADE - Serbian FM Ivica Dacic said on Monday he might cancel a trip to Strasbourg following announcements that the Council of Europe (CoE) Committee of Ministers would on April 19 launch a procedure for the so-called Kosovo's admission to the organisation.

Dacic is due to visit Strasbourg to mark 20 years of Serbia's membership in the CoE.

Dacic speaks with Swalvell

BELGRADE- Serbian First Deputy PM and FM Ivica Dacic met with US Congressman Eric Swalwell in Belgrade on Wednesday to discuss topics that included Serbia's efforts to boost further its cooperation with representatives of all arms of the US government, especially the US Congress.
