Minister makes first bilateral visit to Albania since 1992
TIRANA -- A Serbian-Albanian working group was formed on Thursday in Tirana, Tanjug is reporting.
This happened "after a meeting between Serbian Minister of Construction, Transport and Infrastructure Zorana Mihajlovic and Albanian Minister of Economic Development, Trade and Entrepreneurship Arben Ahmetaj."
EU Leaders Visit Ukraine, Russia to Propose New Peace Plan
French President Francois Hollande and German Chancellor Angela Merkel are to travel to Ukraine and Russia on Thursday and Friday in order to propose a new peace plan.
Hollande revealed at a pressconference on Thursday that the new peace proposal is based on the territorial integrity of Ukraine, which could be acceptable to all, the BBC reports.

Prime Minister Ahmet Davuto?lu signaled during a televised interview late on Feb. 4 that Hakan Fidan, the head of the National Intelligence Organization (M?T), may enter active politics in the June 7 general elections, a much debated issue up to now.
