Turkish and Russian military officials have agreed to cooperate to find a solution for water and electricity cuts in Al-Hasakah city of Syria, the state-run Anadolu Agency reported on Aug. 8.

Regime attack kills 7 civilians in northwestern Syria
At least seven civilians, including children, were killed and three others were wounded in a regime attack on Syria's northwestern Idlib province early on July 22.
According to the Syria Civil Defense, or White Helmets, the regime and supporting terror groups conducted an attack on the Iblin village, south of Idlib, with ground-to-ground weapons.
35 bodies found in Afrin, N Syria: Turkish Defense Ministry

US strongly condemns 'barbaric attack' on hospital in Afrin
The U.S. on June 13 condemned an attack by the terror group YPG/PKK on a hospital in opposition-held northern Syria which killed at least 14 civilian patients and injured dozens.
"We condemn in the strongest terms yesterday's attacks on the al Shifaa Hospital in Afrin, Syria," U.S. State Department spokesman Ned Price said in a statement.

Turkish soldier killed, 4 others wounded in northern Syria
A Turkish soldier was killed and four others wounded in an attack on a supply convoy in northern Syria, Turkey's National Defense Ministry said early on May 11.
"In the Operation Spring Shield zone, one of our hero fellow soldiers was martyred and four of our heroic fellow soldiers were injured in the rocket attack on our supply convoy on May 10, 2021," the ministry said on Twitter.
Turkish, Russian defense ministers discuss ceasefire breaches in Syria’s Idlib
Turkish Defense Minister Hulusi Akar has said he spoke with Russian Defense Minister Sergey Shoigu on the phone to discuss the recent increase in the violation of the ceasefire in Syria's Idlib province.
"We have agreed to take measures to hold the ceasefire," Akar told reporters at the parliament on March 25.
