Deputies Chamber Speaker Zgonea says too many people insufficiently trained are now in Parliament

Speaker of the Chamber of Deputies Valeriu Zgonea has stated, on Thursday, in Oradea, that there are many people insufficiently trained who have entered Parliament and who do not know parliamentary rules, in this context expressing support for reducing the number of MPs.
