Greek PM puts opposition on spot, reveals little on reform list, creditor talks
As representatives of the Greek government and the country?s international creditors continued tough talks on a proposed list of Greek reforms in Brussels, Prime Minister Alexis Tsipras addressed Parliament in a speech that attacked the political opposition and failed to yield much detail about the suggested package of measures.

Prime Minister Alexis Tsipras will ask the opposition to clarify its stance on negotiations conducted by the government with partners. All this will take place at 20:00 local time when Mr. Tsipras will address the plenary.

Greek bond yields edged up on Monday as investors cautiously waited to see whether Athens would come up with a list of reforms sufficient to unlock much-needed bailout cash.

Alternate Finance Minister Dimitris Mardas states that labor issues were the main area of discussion with the Brussels group. "We said 'no' to the mass layoffs, there is no disagreement as far as regards to pensions and VAT," said Mardas on Monday said in statements to private MEGA TV.
Work on tram extension begins in Piraeus
Traffic restriction began in Piraeus on Monday as work began to extend the tram line to the port.
Drivers are advised to follow the diversions put in place by authorities. The work on the tram extension from the Peace and Friendship Stadium (SEF) in Neo Faliro is scheduled to last until October 2016.
Work is also underway on the extension of the metro to Piraeus.
