Governor's office revises death toll in PKK suicide attack in Hakkari to 15

Six PKK militants 'neutralized' in Turkey's southeast, military says
Three militants of the outlawed Kurdistan Workers' Party were "neutralized" in an operation in southeastern Hakkari province's Çukurca district Sept. 30, the military said in a statement on Oct. 1.
The military uses the term "neutralized" for killed, injured or caught militants.
The Turkish General Staff said in the statement that the militants were preparing an attack.
