Kosovo PM Cancels Tender For His Sons
Kosovo's Prime Minister, Isa Mustafa, on Wednesday said he was cancelling a contract that was awarded to his sons' company for the service of a government limo.
Mustafa told the cabinet at a government meeting on Wednesday that no law had been violated by the offer of the contract.

New round of Belgrade-Pristina dialogue set for August 25
A new round of the EU-facilitated dialogue between Belgrade and Pristina is set to take place in Brussels on August 25.
Serbian Prime Minister Aleksandar Vucic and Kosovo's Prime Minister Isa Mustafa will take part, the European External Action Service said in a release on Friday.

Petrit Selimi, who serves as deputy to Foreign Minister Hashim Thaci, told the Pristina-based Albanian language newspaper Zeri that UNESCO membership would bring Kosovo "great political and cultural benefits."
"Special court could spoil Thaci's presidential plans"
A special court for KLA's war crimes, to be set up, could spoil Hashim Thaci's plans to become Kosovo's president, write local media in Pristina.
This would be true if the former leader of the KLA and the former prime minister, who now serves as Kosovo's foreign minister, were to be indicted.

Former KLA members throw bottles at Thaci
Deputy Kosovo PM and ruling LDK party leader Hashim Thaci was pelted with bottles on Monday as he was walking from the assembly to the government building.
Thaci was attacked by former members of the so-called Kosovo Liberation Army (KLA), who were also chanting, "thief, thief." They were protesting for not being included in a list of KLA "veterans."

Kosovo's Constitutional Court Ex-Chief Charged with Fraud
Kosovo's Special Prosecution raised an indictment against Hasani on Friday for committing "fraud while holding official duty" while he was rector of the University of Pristina.
Hakif Veliu, former head of the University of Pristina procurement office and Albert Rakipi, director of the Institute for International Studies from Tirana, were charged alongside Hasani.

The Kosovo parliament will vote on Monday on constitutional amendments that will allow the creation of the special court to try alleged crimes committed by the Kosovo Liberation Army during the conflict in the country.
