Hania: School evacuated following bomb threat
A secondary school in the city of Hania in Crete was evacuated Thursday morning after an anonymous caller said a bomb had been placed in the building.
Following protocols, the school was immediately evacuated, state broadcaster ERT said.
Local police are investigating.

Violent Incident in Halkidiki: Four Remain in Custody, Bar Owner Released
The Bulgarian owner of a bar in Halkidiki, along with three others who were investigated in connection with a violent incident involving Bulgarians, has been released, according to Greek public television ERT, BNR reports. Four additional individuals remain in custody, facing charges of attempted murder.

Ertflix attracts 500,000 visitors daily as platform turns 4
Ertflix, the state broadcaster ERT's movie and television series streaming platform, now attracts more than half a million views a day, four years after it was launched.
More than one in four users of the platform (28%) also use their mobile devices to watch their Ertflix content, ERT chairman Konstantinos Zoulas said.
Restaurant in Halandri targeted by robbers
A restaurant in northern Athens was targeted by robbers early Thursday morning, state-run broadcaster ERT reported.
Four people - two men and two women - entered the venue in Halandri as it was about to close and held up the only employee using a knife. The suspects took the cash from the register and fled.

The Education Ministry is launching an inquiry into a downtown Athens school where a student and the principal were attacked on Tuesday by the brother of another pupil, state broadcaster ERT has reported.

Woman found dead in shower likely died from electrocution
A 24-year-old woman in Thessaloniki who died while taking a shower is believed to have been accidentally electrocuted, state-run broadcaster ERT said on Thursday.
Police has ruled out the possibility of a crime saying the woman was alone in the house while in he shower with the water heater turned on. Her partner had left the house to go to a nearby store.
