Members of 3 religions gather around ‘Unity Table’
As the feats and fasts of the three religions have coincided in the same month for the first time in the last 36 years, Muslims, Christians and Jews have come together for the "Unity and Brotherhood Table" in the southern quake-hit province of Hatay, the city of civilizations and cultures for centuries.

Kaili fingerprints not found on money, lawyer says

The young Muslims challenging Islam’s status quo
PADANG, Indonesia - A boy band belted out songs about loving the Prophet Muhammad. A young woman wearing a full-face veil was moved to tears by the faith of new converts. Later, the crowd applauded as a 15-year-old girl converted to Islam before their eyes. Many posted selfies on social media, delighting in their shared faith.

Building defenses in schools
The increase in violence and bullying at Greek schools is not and should not be treated as a public order issue.
Educators should have the tools to mobilize the school community and social services when they see a student showing problematic behavior, before the problem reaches the police.
Schools themselves need to be strengthened to control the bullying epidemic.

EU parliament graft suspect Kaili to be released from custody
Eva Kaili, the former European Parliament vice president accused of corruption, is to be released from custody and placed under house arrest, while still facing charges, federal prosecutors and her lawyer's office said on Wednesday.
The 44-year-old Greek Socialist is accused of accepting bribes from Qatar in one of the biggest corruption scandals to hit European Union institutions.
