BELGRADE - Serbia does not intend to join NATO but it wants to establish a partnership with it, as it is surrounded by NATO members, Serbian Foreign Minister Ivica Dacic said Tuesday.

BELGRADE - The opposition Democratic Party of Serbia (DSS) submitted to the Serbian Ministries of Foreign Affairs and Defense Tuesday a public announcement about their not consenting to an agreement on the Individual Partnership Action Plan (IPAP) with NATO, signed a few days ago.

Ministers of defense and foreign affairs Bratislav Gasic and Ivica Dacic will meet with representatives of 28 states, members of NATO. The meeting will be held in March, 28th in Brussels.
Reason for meeting in NATO headquarters is "Individual Partnership Action Plans between Serbia and NATO (IPAP), recently enacted by both sides.
