Russian tour operator The Nordic Star has gone out of business.

The Nordic Star is the seventh Russian tour operator to terminate its activities since July.

The website of the company informs that it has gone bankrupt and that it is unable to fulfill its obligations to tourists, according to reports of ITAR-TASS.

The Russian touroperator Expo Tour said its stop activities due to problems with a Black Sea cruise, reports ITAR-TASS.

This is the third Russian touroperator that goes out of business this month. - In mid-July one of the oldest Russian tourist agencies – Neva – went bankrupt abandoning thousands of its customers abroad, including in Bulgaria.

Clients of the Russian touroperator Neva, were asked to leave the hotels they are staying in, said Irina Tyurina, press secretary of the Russian tourist industry association. 

According to Tyurina, quoted by ITAR-TASS, clients of the agency who are on vacation in Bulgaria, Turkey, Croatia and Italy, were asked to either pay out of their pocket, or leave the hotels.
