Border Police Head: 4,600 tonnes of waste, confiscated since year beginning
Border policemen have managed to confiscate since the beginning of the year over 4,600 tonnes of waste, as part of some operations carried out with the Environmental Guard - the Directorate of Customs, Border Police Inspectorate General (IGPF) Head, chief police quaestor Liviu Bute informed on Thursday. Police chiefs reshuffled with presidential decree
Police chiefs of 10 provinces have been assigned to the headquarters and new police chiefs have been appointed in 33 provinces of the country in line with a presidential decree published in the Official Gazette on July 7.
One civil chief inspector and 26 police chiefs were appointed as internal affairs counselors to 27 overseas missions.

Labour inspectors find no major infringements at STA, issue warning
Ljubljana – Labour inspectors checking on the Slovenian Press Agency (STA) on the government’s initiative have found no infringements with respect to the employment relationships act or safety at work, including in response to the Covid-19 epidemic, while they have issued a warning over a minor issue that has been tackled, the STA management has said.

An owner of a cafeteria in the northern city of Alexandroupoli was handed a 30-month suspended jail sentence on Friday for assaulting a tax inspector earlier this week.
