Vui announced on the Instagram account "buducnostsrbijeav" that he hosted Giaufret for a working lunch.
"I am particularly happy that today we were able to discuss the beginning of the construction of the Belgrade-Nis high-speed railway. Of course, we discussed for a long time all the important issues for the EU road to Serbia," said Vui.

Celebrities, lawmakers, brands and everyday social media users are flocking to Meta's freshly minted app Threads to connect with their followers, including many Twitter refugees tired of the drama surrounding Elon Musk's raucous oversight of that platform.

But the real question is: Will they stay?

Twitter has threatened legal action against Meta over its new, text-based app called Threads, according to a letter obtained by Semafor.

A new online communication app is now available in the United States, aiming to become a serious competitor to the social network Twitter. The application is called "Threads" and was developed by "Meta" - the company that manages Facebook.

Facebook owner Meta's new Threads app, meant to compete with Twitter, was available for pre-order on mobile app stores on iPhone and Android operating systems on July 3.

Listed as "Threads, an Instagram app," the new program should be available in the coming days, and is described on Apple's app store as "Instagram's text-based conversation app."

"A meeting with my friend @orbanviktor and rare relaxed moments before we start dealing with serious issues of interest to Serbia and Hungary. With sincere partners and friends - everything is possible and every plan is achievable, and the projects we are working on will best show that nothing can stop the rapid growth of both countries," it said on Instagram.

Vui met with the head of the European Union delegation in Serbia, Emmanuel Giaufret, as well as with the ambassadors of Germany, France and Italy, Anke Konrad, Pierre Koshar and Luca Gori, respectively.
After the meeting, he announced on his Instagram profile:

"A fair conversation with KFOR commander General Angelo Michele Ristuccia", announced President Vui on his Instagram account.
