Unemployment drops to 25.5 pct in Q3
Greece's jobless rate dropped to 25.5 percent in the third quarter compared with 26.6 percent in the previous three-month period, data from the country's statistics service showed on Thursday.
The rate was the lowest recorded since the third quarter of 2012, when joblessness stood at 24.9 percent.

Bank of Cyprus shares to resume trading on Dec. 16
Bank of Cyprus shares will resume trading on the Cyprus Stock Exchange on Dec. 16, bourse authorities said on Friday, some 21 months after the stock was suspended during a chaotic bailout of Cyprus.
The stock will start trading at 0.24 euros a share, the stock exchange said in a statement.

IMF says Greece intends to treat program as precautionary
Greece does not plan to draw on money from the International Moentary Fund for the remainder of its loan program, an IMF spokesman said on Thursday.
"Certainly it's our understanding now that the authorities intend to continue the current fund arrangement on a precautionary basis," IMF spokesman Bill Murray told reporters in Washington.

Government expects economic growth next year
BELGRADE - Serbia's Prime Minister Aleksandar Vucic said on Tuesday that the government expects economic growth next year, despite opposite projects from the IMF.
"We expect economic growth next year, which will come as a great surprise in the first year of fiscal consolidation," he told reporters in Belgrade.

Germany to end credit guarantees for exports to Greece
The German government will stop issuing credit guarantees for exports to Greece at the end of the year because private insurers have signaled they are ready to cover the risks of non-payment themselves.
