European Union municipalities will today apply for European funding for wireless internet. The goal of the project to promote citizens' connectivity through the Internet is by 2025 to provide public services - municipal administrations, libraries and hospitals - with free Internet access.

Over 18 percent of Romania's preteens and teens say their parents only think what they do on line, but in reality they do not know quite everything, while over 13 percent of them say their parents know nothing almost nothing about it, according to the findings of a survey of the children's use of the Internet conducted by the Institute for Crime Prevention and Research released

Over 60% of People Between 16 and 74 Years of Age use Internet Almost Every Day

The results of the survey on the use of ICT in households and individuals in 2017 show that in 2017 58.8% of the population between the ages of 16 and 74 use a computer every day or at least once a week at work, at home or elsewhere. This was announced by the National Statistical Institute.
