Turkish intelligence busts Iranian plans to kidnap, attack Israelis
Türkiye's National Intelligence Organization (MİT) and police busted the Iranian intelligence service SAVAMA in Istanbul on June 17.
They were allegedly preparing to kidnap and attack Israeli diplomats and tourist groups in Istanbul.
They have determined that the shooters who planned to take part in the attacks were in Istanbul.
Inflation, subsidy reform hit stomachs in isolated Iran
Outside his butchery in the south of Iran's capital, Ali cuts up a sheep carcass for customers who, like him, have seen inflation and subsidy reform devour their purchasing power.
"My sales have fallen significantly -- almost by half," Ali, 50, told AFP.
"What can I say? I am a butcher and you may not believe me, but sometimes I don't eat meat for a week," he added.

Berlin, London, Paris urge Iran to ’cease its nuclear escalation’
Germany, the United Kingdom and France on June 9 urged Iran to "cease its nuclear escalation" and "urgently conclude the deal currently on the table" to revive the 2015 nuclear agreement.
