Iran will not withdraw from the 2015 nuclear deal, Foreign Ministry spokesman Abbas Mousavi said, quoted by news agencies. According to him, the EU has no legal basis to trigger the dispute mechanism in Iran's nuclear deal .
Mousavi even accused the conserned European countries that they did not respect their part of the deal. He said the EU's claims were unfounded.

British ambassador to Iran returns to UK
Britain's ambassador to Iran is to return to the U.K. for a "long-planned visit," British authorities said.
"Ambassador Rob Macaire is returning to the U.K. today [Jan. 15] on a long-planned visit," the Foreign and Commonwealth Office (FCO) said.

Iran may Return to the Nuclear Deal, but on One Condition
Tehran is ready to negotiate on various aspects of the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action if Washington returns to the agreement. Iranian Permanent Representative to the United Nations, Majid Takht-Ravanchi, told TASS.

Two earthquakes have shaken Iran near the Bushehr nuclear plant, US Geological Survey reports.
A 4.9 magnitude earthquake occurred at 2:20 GMT. The epicentre is 10 kilometers southeast of Borazjan. The depth of the tremor is 10 km.
