FYROM PM Zaev says no need to change nation's Constitution
As Greece and the Former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia edge towards a solution to longstanding disagreement between the two countries over the latter's name, FYROM's Prime Minister Zoraen Zaev said on Wednesday that he saw no reason for changing the country's constitution.

The head of PASOK reached out by telephone to Alexis Tsipras on Friday to demand that the prime minister convene a meeting of political leader to discuss progress in name talks with the Former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia (FYROM).

Cyprus President Nicos Anastasiades on Wednesday said that what the Former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia (FYROM) is called is not as important as ensuring that its constitution does to not suggest irredentist aims.
Comprehensive solution
Once an agreement is reached with Greece, the accession of the Former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia (FYROM) into NATO and the European Union would certainly be a very positive development for both countries and for the region as a whole.

An unrepentant party
Given the country's fall from grace over the last eight years, there is clearly nothing to be gained by digging up the past or by deferring blame for the country's bankruptcy exclusively to one's rivals.
