BELGRADE - Serbian FM Ivica Dacic said on Tuesday the relocation of a plaque commemorating fallen Serbian soldiers from the Balkan Wars and WWI in the military section of the Serbian Orthodox cemetery in Pristina was a scandalous move, especially as it came from countries that should be extremely respectful of the contribution made by Serbia during WWI.

Serbia Against Violence electoral list approved

BELGRADE - Serbia's national electoral commission approved on Thursday evening the electoral list of the Serbia Against Violence coalition for the December 17 early parliamentary elections in the country.

The list, led by Miroslav Aleksic of the People's Movement of Serbia and Marinika Tepic of the Freedom and Justice Party, was found to have 17,600 legally valid signatures.

Dacic: Serbia to apply for UNESCO Executive Board membership

PARIS - Serbian FM Ivica Dacic announced on Thursday Serbia would apply for membership in the UNESCO Executive Board.

Addressing the 42nd session of the UNESCO General Conference in Paris, Dacic noted that he expected other UNESCO member states to support the application and added that Serbia would live up to the trust.

Dacic meets with Bayramov

BELGRADE - Serbian First Deputy PM and FM Ivica Dacic on Tuesday met with Azerbaijani counterpart Jeyhun Bayramov, with whom he signed an agreement on employment of diplomatic representatives' family members on paid activities.
