EP official: Serbian government "committed to EU future"

BELGRADE -- Head of the European Parliament (EP) Delegation for Relations with Countries of South East Europe Eduard Kukan says Serbia is on the right track to join the EU.

BELGRADE - Head of the European Parliament (EP) Delegation for Relations with Countries of South East Europe Eduard Kukan stated on Thursday that Serbia is on the right track to join the EU, stressing that it enjoys full support of the EP along the pathway.

BELGRADE - Eduard Kukan, head of the delegation of the EU-Serbia Stabilization and Association Parliamentary Committee (SAPC) of the European Parliament, will on Thursday be on a visit to Belgrade, where he will talk with Serbia's top officials.

"NATO's bombing no obstacle to cooperation" - FM

BELGRADE/BRUSSELS - Serbian Defence Minister Bratislav Gasic and Foreign Minister Ivica Dacic met with NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg in Brussels on Wednesday and underscored that both sides are satisfied with the level of cooperation achieved so far, adding that Serbia wishes to develop its cooperation with the Alliance within the Partnership for Peace programme.

BELGRADE - Serbian Prime Minister Aleksandar Vucic conferred in Belgrade on Wednesday with Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Portugal Rui Machete concerning the two countries' relations, improvement of political and economic cooperation and other issues.
