Stronger ties in Western Balkans main topic of Trieste summit

BELGRADE - Strengthening of ties in the Western Balkans will the main topic of Wednesday's summit in Trieste, the Serbian Ministry of Foreign Affairs has announced in a statement.

The Serbian delegation, to be headed by PM Ana Brnabic, will also include First Deputy PM and FM Ivica Dacic.

Serbia and Iraq "respect each other's territorial integrity"

Serbia's First Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Ivica Dacic on Monday had a telephone conversation with Iraqi Foreign Minister Ibrahim Al-Jaafari.

According to the Serbian government, they "expressed satisfaction with traditionally good relations between the two countries and agreed to continue contacts at the high level."

EU's enlargement policy as "special challenge"

Serbia will continue to support EU aspirations of its neighbors and implement a policy of military neutrality, protecting and promoting its national interests.

Acting Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Ivica Dacic said this on Thursday in Belgrade at the opening of the conference "New International Reality - Challenges and Prospects."

Dacic to travel to Spain

Acting Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Ivica Dacic will make a working visit to Spain on Thursday.

His host will be Spanish Minister of Foreign Affairs Alfonso Dastis, the Serbian government has announced.

Dacic receives French ambassador for farewell visit

Serbia's acting Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Ivica Dacic received on Tuesday French Ambassador Christine Moro for her farewell visit.

According to the Serbian government, Dacic "expressed gratitude for the cooperation and her personal contribution to the promotion of relations between Serbia and France."
