Boeing 737 slides off runway into Florida River
A Boeing jetliner with 143 people aboard from the U.S. outpost at Guantanamo Bay, Cuba, slid off a runway into a shallow river in Jacksonville, Florida, on May 3 while attempting to land at a military base there during a thunderstorm, injuring 21 people.

Several Killed in Mass Shooting at US Vdeo Game Tournament
AFP - Several people have been killed in a mass shooting at a video game tournament in the northern Florida city of Jacksonville, local police said Sunday, adding that one suspect was dead.
"Multiple fatalities at the scene, many transported," the Jacksonville Sheriff's Office tweeted, adding that it was unclear whether there was a second possible gunman.
Hurricane Matthew ‘Extremely Dangerous’
Hurricane Matthew churned north along the coast of Florida on Friday, and state officials and forecasters shifted their focus to the danger of serious damage in Jacksonville later in the day.
