NATO chief Jens Stoltenberg urged all United Nation members on Tuesday to fully and transparently implement sanctions against North Korea, which he said has emerged as a global threat able to fire ballistic missiles as far as Europe and North America, reported Reuters.

Crucial Week For the State Budget

A magnitude 6 earthquake shook an area east of the Japanese Fukushima Prefecture, where the Fukushima Power Plant is located, reports Actualno.
According to data from the National Meteorological Administration, the epicenter was in the Pacific Ocean at a depth of 10 km. There is no information about injuries and damages, there is no danger of tsunami waves, reported BGNews.

Car Crashed into a Children's Center in New York
Car crashed on Sunday at the Children's Development Center in the New York area of Bronx. Three people were injured, NBC television reported, quoted by BGNES.
Their age is not specified. They were taken to hospital, doctors rated their condition as severe, Nova TV reported.
At the children's development center, children's holidays are often held.

6.1 earthquake hits off the coast of Japan
An earthquake with a magnitude of 6.1 has been detected off the coast of Japan.
The US Geological Survey said that the earthquake struck about 286km south east of Kamaishi, and around 321km east of Fukushima.
The depth of the earthquake, which struck at 2.37am local time, was measured at 10km. Details of any damage are yet to emerge.
