Sofia. There is heavy traffic of trucks exiting Bulgaria at Kulata, Kapitan Andreevo and Danube Bridge - Ruse checkpoints, Border Police told Focus News Agency. Traffic at the borders with Serbia and Macedonia is normal.

Sofia. There is heavy traffic of trucks exiting Bulgaria through the Kapitan Andreevo and Danube Bridge checkpoints, said the press office of the Border Police. This traffic information on border checkpoints is valid as of 6:00 a.m. At the borders with Serbia, Macedonia and Greece the traffic is normal at all checkpoints.

 

Police Found 6 Tons of Amphetamine at a Port in Varna, Bulgarian Seaside

Six tons of amphetamines are caught at the port of Varna - West, the press service of the Appellate Prosecutor's Office in the seaside town reported today.

The drug is detected using the risk analysis method.

Amphetamines were found in 300 sacks in a container and the product in it was declared as citric acid.

Customs officers of the Kapitan Andreevo Customs Post have seized on 07.10.2017 16,823 textile products, 258 pairs of shoes, 283 bags, suspected of having been manufactured in violation of intellectual property rights, the Customs Agency reported.

The goods were shipped with a Polish-registered lorry which traveled from Turkey to Poland.
