One of the streets in the center of the Venezuelan capital Caracas, which is considered a historical symbol of the country, has been named the "Turkish Republic Street."

Türkiye's Ambassador to Caracas Aydan Karamanoğlu, Venezuelan Foreign Minister Yvan Gil and Mayor Carmen Melendez attended the opening ceremony featuring folk dance groups of the two cultures.

A local court has decided to stay the execution of the hunting tenders for four Anatolian Mountain sheep and three wild goats in the Central Anatolian provinces of Konya and Karaman.

A book praising an Australian jihadist has been distributed among students of a state high school in the Central Anatolian province of Karaman, daily Cumhuriyet has reported.

A dormitory manager and a provincial head of Credit and Dormitories Institution were discharged from duty on Nov. 14 after a prank hospitalized eight students in a girls’ dormitory in the Central Anatolian province of Karaman.

A second lawsuit has been filed against a teacher in the Ere?li district of the Central Anatolian province of Konya, after he was sentenced on April 20 to 508 years and three months in jail on charges of sexually assaulting 10 school children in the Central Anatolian province of Karaman.
