Libya's Prime Minister Fayez al-Sarrajand East Lebanon's military leader, Khalifa Haftar, are committed to establishing a cease-fire regime and making elections at the earliest opportunity, in a draft statement released today by the Elysée Palace in Paris. Reported SEGA.

A group of 20 suspected fighters of the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL, also known as ISIS) group have been executed by the forces of General Khalifa Haftar in Libya, according to a video posted online.
Mahmoud al-Werfalli, the senior leader of Haftar’s forces, is seen reading the charges and carrying out an execution himself in a new video posted online on Sunday.

Turkey condemns Libya, Somalia bombings
Turkey has condemned a series of deadly bombings in eastern Libya and the Somalian capital Mogadishu.
A statement issued by the Turkish Foreign Ministry strongly condemned the bombings in Libya's eastern Al-Qubbah city that left 47 people dead and dozens injured on Feb. 20, offered condolences to the victims' families and wished a fast recovery for the injured.

Triple bombing kills 25 in east Libya: medics
At least 25 people were killed and 30 wounded Feb. 20 in a triple bombing in an eastern Libyan town near the jihadist stronghold of Derna, medical and security sources said.
The simultaneous attacks targeted police headquarters in Al-Qoba, as well as the home of the speaker of Libya's internationally recognised parliament and a petrol station, the sources said.
