ISAP trains evacuated after fire
Two Athens metro trains were evacuated after a fire broke out near Neratziotissa station in northern Attica on Wednesday afternoon.
The fire brigade was alerted at around 5 p.m. due to heavy smoke from the fire. The two trains on Line 1 (ISAP), heading toward the northern suburb of Kifissia, were stopped and evacuated, with passengers walking along the tracks to Irini station.

Two arrested after violent attack in Filothei suburb leaves one injured
The incident occurred on Olympionikou Diadochou Konstantinou Avenue and involved three vehicles. Two cars carrying a total of ten passengers stopped a third vehicle with five occupants.
Accident causes major delays on Kifissos Avenue, Attiki Odos
Heavy traffic was reported Thursday morning on Kifisos Avenue due to an accident near the Tris Gefyres area, causing delays from the KTEL bus station heading north.
Drivers are also facing southbound delays, particularly near Lenorman Street. Congestion is affecting Kareas, Kifissias Avenue and central Athens. Attiki Odos is seeing 15-minute delays.

A fire that erupted northeast of Athens on Sunday has spread to Mount Penteli, just north of the Greek capital, prompting the evacuation of several settlements.
The fast-moving blaze, fueled by hot and windy conditions, has already destroyed trees, homes, and vehicles, and has sent thick smoke clouds over the city.
