Bosnia's politial future looked more uncertain on Monday after the hard-line Bosnian Serb leader Milorad Dodik looked set to win the Serbian seat on Bosnia's three-member state presidency.
Polls closed at 7pm on Sunday in an election in which 3,352,933 voters were eligible to vote at 5,794 polling stations.

Romania's top court rules on rights of gay couples
The ruling was made ahead of a referendum on October 6 and 7 that seeks to ban same-sex marriage, Tanjug reported, citing AP.
The Romanian Constitution currently states that marriage is between spouses, while the referendum's goal is to change that definition to "between a man and a woman."

For that reason, the leader of the Serb entity in Bosnia-Herzegovina (BiH) will visit Russia at the end of the election campaign in BiH and meet with Russian President Vladimir Putin, the article said, citing diplomatic sources.

"Vucic and Putin to meet; but there'll be no statements"
The topics of their discussion have not been announced.
According to announcements coming from the Kremlin, Putin and Vucic will not address journalists after the talks.
Vucic's previous meeting with Putin was during a two-day visit to Moscow in May, when he attended Victory Day celebrations.
