The book "Time Shelter" by Bulgarian author Georgi Gospodinov has entered the short list for the international "Booker" prize, announced today at a special online event the chairman of the jury - the French writer and journalist of Moroccan origin Leila Slimani, winner of the "Goncourt" prize.

British architect David Chipperfield wins Pritzker prize
British architect and urban planner David Chipperfield won the 2023 Pritzker Prize, organizers of the profession's most prestigious award announced on March 7.
The 69-year-old was honored for "timeless modern design that confronts climate urgencies, transforms social relationships and reinvigorates cities," they said in a statement.
Tate’s neighbors win privacy appeal
Owners of luxury flats in London on Wednesday won a legal battle to force the adjacent Tate Modern gallery to stop visitors peeping into their homes from a public viewing platform.
The Supreme Court announced that by a majority of three to two judges had agreed their appeal due to "intense visual intrusion," after they lost at earlier hearings.
