"Kosovo loses diplomatic battle" as PCA bid fails
"Kosovo lost its first diplomatic battle of 2016 by failing to become a member of the Hague-based International (Permanent) Court of Arbitration," said a daily.
Albanian language newspaper Koha Ditore, published in Pristina, also writes on Tuesday that the membership bid did not succeed as Pristina was left with the support of "the U.S. and the Quint countries."

"Thaci cannot be president without Serb votes"
Hashim Thaci cannot become Kosovo's president unless Serbs vote in favor, the Albanian language daily Koha Ditore is reporting.
But the Serb (Srpska) List representatives will not do it, according to the report, unless the Community of Serb Municipalities (ZSO) is formed.

Austria "fails to apply for dial code for Kosovo" - paper
Austria has not applied for a telephone dial code for Kosovo, Koha Ditore, an Albanian language daily published in Pristina, is reporting.
This is "interpreted as the failure of the action plan to implement the (Belgrade-Pristina) agreement on telecommunications," it added on Tuesday.
"Seat of special court for KLA crimes to be in Pristina"
Representatives of Dutch and Kosovo judiciaries reached an agreement that the headquarters of a future special court for war crimes will be in Pristina.
This was reported on Wednesday by Serbia's state broadcaster RTS, that quoted Albanian language daily Koha Ditore, published in Pristina.
Thaci wants Serbia to support Pristina's UNESCO bid
Kosovo Foreign Minister Hashim Thaci "has called on Serbia to support Kosovo's admission to UNESCO," Beta is quoting Albanian language media in Pristina.
According to the agency, the daily Koha Ditore reported that Thaci told AP such an outcome would "preserve and reconfirm" Serb cultural and historical heritage.
Kosovo's Presence at UN Meeting Angers Serbia
Serbia's mission to UN has protested over the presence of a Kosovo delegation at a counter-terrorism meeting at UN headquarters in New York on Tuesday.
UN representatives called it "a private meeting organized by the US, which is why Kosovo was treated as an independent state," Serbia's public broadcaster, RTS, reported on Wednesday.

Kosovo: Draft resolution on genocide submitted to assembly
The head of the parliamentary group of the Alliance for the Future of Kosovo has submitted a resolution on "genocide during the war in Kosovo."
This has been reported on Friday by the Pristina-based Albanian language newspaper Koha Ditore.
