North Korea announced today that the US has proposed blocked talks on denuclearization to be resumed in December as North Korean leader Kim Jong-un's deadline for US President Donald Trump's government to propose a mutually acceptable deal to save talks is approaching. BGNES reported.

In Seoul, Borissov will deliver a wreath at the Seoul National Cemetery, where hundreds of thousands of Koreans are buried, who gave their lives in the Korean and Vietnam War national independence movement.
