Haradinaj released pending final decision on extradition
COLMAR - Former "Kosovo Liberation Army" leader Ramus Haradinaj was Thursday released from custody in France pending a court decision on a request to extradite him to Serbia.
Haradinaj has no permission to leave France.

Haradinaj investigation expanded, new evidence included
BELGRADE - The Serbian Prosecutor's Office for war crimes on Wednesday sent to the Justice Ministry an order expanding the investigation of Ramus Haradinaj that includes new evidence and will be translated and sent to France by the end of the week pending a decision on a request to extradite him to Serbia, the ministry told Tanjug.

BELGRADE - Two Albanians have been recorded on video setting a Serbian flag on fire in Geneva, Switzerland, in protest over the arrest of Ramush Haradinaj.
Haradinaj, a former KLA leader and Kosovo prime minister, was arrested in France last week on a Serbian war crimes warrant.

Dacic: Albanian politicians prepared for everything, including terrorism
BELGRADE - There is security information indicating the Albanian diaspora plans to seize a building of a Serbian diplomatic or consular mission in the EU or the US to force Belgrade to give up on the request for Ramus Haradinaj to be tried, says Serbian Deputy PM and FM Ivica Dacic.
"That shows what Albanian politicians are prepared for- even terrorism," he said.
French Court Orders Release of Ramush Haradinaj
BELGRADE - A French court ordered to release Ramush Haradinaj, a former Kosovo guerrilla commander and prime minister, arrested last week at the request of Serbia.
The court in the city of Colmar ruled on January 12 that Haradinaj can remain under judicial supervision on bail while his case is being considered.
Haradinaj has no permission to leave France.
