Veton Surroi's novel "Billionaire," published by Samizdat B92, was promoted in Belgrade's Dom Omladine venue on Monday.

Kosovo Opposition Vows to Halt War Crimes Court
The opposition parties, who are against the planned new EU-backed special court because they believe KLA fighters were heroic liberators who should not be prosecuted, vowed on Monday to try to block an expected vote in parliament which would enable it to be established.

US General Rallies Kosovo For Fight Against Islamists
General John Allen visited Kosovo on Thursday, meeting top officials on a mission to strengthen cooperation within the Global Coalition to Counter ISIL, of which Kosovo is a part.
President Atifete Jahjaga said in a meeting with the US General that mainly Muslim Kosovo was determined "never to become a haven for terrorist groups or a source of extremism".
Kosovo FM Accused of Interfering With Justice
Dutch ambassador Robert Bosch told newspaper Kosovo Sot on Thursday that Thaci's claim that the verdict convicting the ex-guerrillas was politically motivated was inappropriate.
"Officials should never comment on the decision of the court," said Bosch.

Pristina urged by EU to form Special Court
Kosovo needs to establish a special court for KLA war crimes as that is part of its obligations arising "from the correspondence between Brussels and Pristina."
This has been reported on Tuesday by the Beta news agency, that quoted the Albanian language daily Koha Ditore, citing EU officials.

Dialogue between Belgrade and Pristina should be resumed on June 23, a Belgrade-based daily writes.
On that day prime ministers of Serbia and Kosovo Aleksandar Vucic and Isa Mustafa should meet in Brussels, according to Danas.

Pristina: Session on special court postponed
The Kosovo assembly has postponed a sitting on constitutional amendments that would allow for a special war crimes court for the former KLA to be formed.
The decision came at the request of Hashim Thaci's Democratic Party of Kosovo (PDK), it was announced in Pristina on Friday.
