The Serbs around the local self-government buildings were joined by the miners of Trepa, who cannot work either, because the flotation plants in Leposavic are also blocked.

She recalled that every time they tried to take photos or videos, "even when we approached the windows of the café, we were attacked by protesters".
"The windows of the café broke; they [protesters] threw rocks at it when we approached the windows to film. The situation was very difficult," she explained.

Pristina Basic Court on Thursday remanded two Serbian citizens, Sinisa Jevtic and Ivan Sekulic, in custody for 30 days after they were arrested the previous day at the Jarinje border crossing point with Serbia.
They are being held on suspicion of terrorist activity, hooliganism and unauthorised possession of weapons.
Vucic: I asked north Kosovo Serbs to persevere in peaceful manner
CHISINAU - Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic told Tanjug on Thursday he had spoken with representatives of Serbs in the north of Kosovo-Metohija in the morning to ask them to persevere in their fight for law and justice, but in a peaceful manner, especially during encounters with Kfor troops.

A smaller group of Serbs remained on the watch in front of the municipalities.
Members of KFOR are still in front of the municipalities, while members of special forces are present within the local self-governments.
The mayor of Leposavic has been sleeping within the municipality for three nights.

"Thirty KFOR soldiers, of whom 19 Hungarians and 11 Italians, were injured on Monday in a cowardly attack by urban guerrillas. I am with them and their families. Nine Italians are in the hospital at the Camp Villaggio base in Italy, one was admitted to a health facility in Pristina, and one in Skopje. None of them are life-threatening, they will recover quickly," said Ristuccia.

Two arrested Serbs transferred to court detention in Pristina
ZVECAN - Two Serb men arrested during Monday's clashes in Zvecan and subsequently handed over by Kfor to Pristina's police were transferred to court detention in Kosovska Mitrovica on Wednesday morning, former Zvecan mayor Dragisa Milovic said.
He said Rados Petrovic and Dusan Obrenovic were due to appear before a judge later in the day.

Hill added that this will affect relations with Washington, but that he is not familiar with all the details either.
He told reporters in Belgrade and added that progress must be made in the normalization of relations between Belgrade and Pristina, the formation of the CSM and the continuation of the dialogue.
Thousands of Serbs protest outside Zvecan municipal building
ZVECAN - Thousands of peaceful protesters gathered outside the municipal building in Zvecan, a Serb-majority town in the north of Kosovo-Metohija, on Wednesday and rolled out a 250-metre-long Serbian flag, a Tanjug reporter on the ground said.
In a speech, former Zvecan mayor Srdjan Milosavljevic called for peaceful protests and urged the protesters not to attack Kfor troops.

Hundreds of citizens gathered this morning in front of the Zvean municipality building, in front of which KFOR soldiers and members of the Special Kosovo Police are still standing.
