EU Visa Decision 'Insults Kosovo', Thaci Says
Kosovo Foreign Minister Hashim Thaci voiced bitter disappointment on Kosovo being left out of the EU's free-travel regime at Thursday's government meeting.
The EU's refusal to include Kosovo in its visa liberalisation scheme formed part of the day's agenda.
Thaci stressed strong language in his address, calling the decision incompetent and provocative.

Kosovo minister: Goal of attacks was to kill, not intimidate

One of KLA "founders" shot and killed in Kosovo
One of the founders of the so-called Kosovo Liberation Army (KLA) Nazmi Ajeti has been killed in the village of Milesevo near Obilic, in Kosovo.
Gazeta Blic is reporting that the incident happened in the night between Sunday and Monday, and that prior to it Ajeti was "underground."
